Brown's Roofing is hiring driven residential sales reps to help homeowners through the most stressful moment in their home's life — a damaged roof. You'll work company-provided leads, learn drone-assisted inspection technology, and own the customer relationship from doorstep to project close.
What You'll Do
- Document every potential project with thorough photos, drone video, and detailed notes.
- Learn to operate drone technology with proprietary software for fast, accurate roof measurements.
- Engage directly with homeowners on roof sales — both retail and insurance-claim work.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods.
- Assist customers through the insurance claims process from initial inspection to final invoice.
- Create estimates using company systems and collect payments.
- Build long-term relationships with insurance agents to drive referrals.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing personality — you genuinely enjoy meeting and educating homeowners.
- Basic understanding of construction or roofing (we'll train the rest).
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfortable cold calling and knocking doors.
- Goal-oriented; loves independent scheduling and following a proven process.
