What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop 5 residential sales representatives day to day.
- Recruit and onboard new reps to grow the team.
- Train reps in in-home, insurance, and retail residential roofing sales approaches.
- Hold the team accountable to CRM usage, documentation standards, and process adherence.
- Drive revenue through leadership — not personal production. No individual sales quota.
- Partner with operations and production to keep pipeline-to-install conversion strong.
What We're Looking For
- Residential roofing or construction sales experience.
- Strong preference for leadership over personal deal-closing.
- Organized, process-driven, and goal-oriented.
