Founded by three passionate individuals who recognized the need for change, we set out to address common issues plaguing the roofing sector. Improper installation, storm damage, lack of maintenance, and confusion around insurance processes were prevalent problems that inspired us to create a solution-oriented roofing company.

Using only class three shingles, we ensure the durability and longevity of our roofing solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t stop there; he is also the founder of Brown’s Painting, a successful residential construction company known for its quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. When he’s not immersed in his businesses, Richard is an avid traveler, runner, and food enthusiast, always eager to explore new cuisines and cultures. His greatest joy, however, comes from spending quality time with his family. He cherishes moments with his wife Terri, and their children Elijah, Joe, and Eden, finding balance and happiness in the love and support of his close-knit family. Richard’s dedication to his work and family truly makes him a remarkable individual in both his professional and personal life.

Originally from Baton Rouge, he embraced Monroe as his home in 2014. Jimmy, happily married to Chandler Gaiennie, is a dedicated father to their four beautiful children. Beyond his family and professional life, he finds joy in LSU football, hunting, fishing, and fitness. Jimmy’s commitment to the roofing industry extends beyond the technicalities; he understands the vital role of customer experience. With a vision to bring back better business practices, he aims to enhance not just the roofs we construct but also the overall satisfaction of our clients. He has honed his skills and gathered invaluable experience working with one of the prestigious Big Four public accounting firms, placing him at the forefront of financial expertise and strategic planning.
Beyond his professional accolades, Brett is deeply connected to his roots. He cherishes traveling back to his hometown of Baton Rouge, where he finds comfort and joy in the familiar surroundings and warm memories. His personal life has been enriched by the time he spends with his two daughters, Camille and Emery, his girlfriend Jill, and her two girls Elle and Elin These moments are not just a source of happiness for Brett, but also an opportunity to instill values and share experiences that only a devoted father can.
