The Production Assistant role is the operational backbone of every Brown's Roofing job site. You'll coordinate crews, materials, and paperwork while keeping projects on schedule and customers in the loop. It's the fastest path to learning every part of how a roofing company actually runs.
What You'll Do
- Manage job schedules and coordinate with roofing crews.
- Order, track, and manage materials, deliveries, and inventory.
- Monitor installation quality and conduct on-site inspections.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers — provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Make sure all permits, licenses, and project paperwork are accurate and complete.
- Track project expenses and keep jobs within budget.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify efficiency improvements in production processes.
- Supervise subcontractors for timeline and quality adherence.
- Build strong vendor and internal team relationships.
