Brown's Roofing is hiring Commercial Service Technicians to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial properties across our markets. You'll work directly with building owners and property managers, document every job thoroughly, and keep clients informed from the first call through the final report.
What You'll Do
- Fully document service and repair projects with photos and detailed reports.
- Perform roof inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial properties.
- Work directly with building owners and property managers on site.
- Prepare and submit service reports and repair estimates.
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.
- Communicate with clients throughout project status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction practices.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of roofing issues.
