What You'll Do
- Fully document potential projects with photos, video, and detailed notes.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and general contractors.
- Prepare commercial roofing estimates and develop strategic account plans.
- Guide clients through proposals — explaining systems, scope, and timelines clearly.
- Track all sales pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Foster a strong referral network across the commercial real estate community.
