The Role
We’re hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Manager to:

• Lead and coach 5 residential sales reps
• Recruit and grow the team
• Train reps in in-home, insurance & retail roofing sales
• Hold the team accountable to CRM, documentation, and process
• Drive revenue through leadership — not personal production
