Founded by three passionate individuals who recognized the need for change, we set out to address common issues plaguing the roofing sector. Improper installation, storm damage, lack of maintenance, and confusion around insurance processes were prevalent problems that inspired us to create a solution-oriented roofing company.
We understand that proper education is key to preventing future issues, so we take the time to educate homeowners on maintenance practices. Using only class three shingles, we ensure the durability and longevity of our roofing solutions. We also collaborate closely with homeowners to navigate insurance claims, guiding them through the process with transparency and clarity.
At Brown’s Roofing, our roots lie in addressing the shortcomings of the industry—poor communication, lack of job site presence, subpar installation, high prices, and unethical business practices. Managing Partner
Richard Brown is a proud owner of Brown’s Roofing. With over a decade of construction experience, he leads the team. As a result, he has built a strong reputation for excellence.
In addition, Richard founded Brown’s Painting, a successful construction company. This venture sharpens his expertise in quality workmanship.
Outside of work, Richard actively explores new cultures and cuisines. Moreover, he finds his greatest joy with his family. He cherishes time with his wife, Terri, and their children. Ultimately, Richard’s dedication to family and work drives Brown’s Roofing.
Jimmy Gaiennie
CEO
Jimmy Gaiennie is a visionary founder of Brown’s Roofing. He actively elevates our business practices and holds degrees in construction management and agricultural business. Jimmy applies this knowledge to benefit every client.
Jimmy moved to Monroe in 2014 with his family. He is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. He helps us ensure that we deliver unparalleled client satisfaction to each one of our clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys LSU football, hunting, and fishing. His approach ensures every task is done with precision.
Brett Bonnecaze
Chief Financial Officer
Brett Bonnecaze guides the financial success of Brown’s Roofing. He serves as an owner and Chief Financial Officer.
A proud LSU alumnus, he holds an accounting degree and brings over twenty-five years of experience to the role. His extensive experience in the accounting field helps ensure the company’s stability, ability to keep pricing low, and continued growth.
Brett frequently travels to his hometown of Baton Rouge. He also finds great joy with his two daughters. He balances his professional dedication with being a devoted father.
